As an experienced Psychotherapist, I saw a need for counselling to prevent relapse in addiction and a therapeutic plan of recovery from the guilt, shame and fear that's often experienced during our 12 step journey of recovery
My extensive experience and personal journey in a 12 step program. Has allowed me to offer the following service to anyone struggling with addiction or compulsive behaviour, based on the AA 12 step modal
I provide therapy to individuals, families, and couples., and young people
Public figures Celebrities and Sports People ensuring Anonymity can be kept at all times. If your spouse agent can vouch as your safeguarding person, we can have sessions in chat transcript style or via zoom.
Confidentiality may be broken if there was significant harm danger to yourself or another I would then contact the person you had agreed to as your guardian whilst in counselling, I can sign a non-disclosure agreement on content and if records needed for judicial purposes my notes, in brief, can be subpoenaed by a court of law
A specialised 90/90 treatment plan, for abstinence from compulsive addictive behaviour
whilst attending 12 step group sessions this therapy is not in place of outreach or your sponsorship or fellowship
My commitment to you is to provide, therapeutic counselling with coaching to help you to understand and identify with the process of 12 step recovery and to process the emotions you may be feeling as you journey towards sobriety one day at a time
Extended sessions around step 4 “Made a searching and fearless moral inventory” are available to clients or as stand-alone sessions of support

We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and helping you come to terms with feelings of guilt shame fear and possible generational trauma and addictions, focusing on racial sobriety Trauma addiction gender sexuality and Identity
